Services Simmons Johnson & Co. offers a wide variety of services which include management strategies for both locally and foreign operated businesses, tax return preparation, tax planning, budgets, accounting, audit, advice on installation of computer systems, research and development and corporate reconstruction. The office is fully computerised and is constantly reviewing and updating available software to meet clients' needs. All services are provided on a personalised and confidential basis with security of clients' information assured. The office is located at 44 Market Street, Sydney with meeting rooms available to clients at no cost. Advice is given on a timely basis and someone will always be available to answer your questions or give advice. We deal with a wide variety of clients including manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and service providers. Whilst preparation of accounts and tax returns is important we prefer to assist our clients in planning for the future which may include business planning, budgeting, structure review, succession planning or just sitting down and discussing "where are you at, where are you going and how are you going to get there?". Clients are kept up to date with changes in various laws (not just taxation) on a regular basis and specifically those changes which may affect their business. We conduct regular training in order to keep up to date and abreast of current issues and planning techniques. Fees Our fees are based on the time spent to complete a task or provide advice; however, before we render any fees we ensure that we are only charging a reasonable fee based on valuable time spent. |
