Paul has been with Nexia Court & Co for over 28 years and has been a Partner of the firm for over 21 years. Paul has in excess of over 30 years providing tax, accounting and business advisory services primarily to SME's from Manufacturing, Import/Export, Distribution to Professional Services and Foreign owned Australian Subsidiaries.

Paul has had considerable experience advising Clients in the Hospitality Industry and heads the Hospitality Industry Division within the firm.

Paul assists his clients business growth by devising and implementing business strategy, detailed budgets and forecasts. His advice on taxation, business advisory and succession planning for future growth is highly regarded by his clients. Being a Partner of the firm Paul understands the management issues which confronts professional practices and can offer both technically sound and practical solutions to the many challenges facing business.
 
Paul's approach to servicing his clients is to understand their goals and aspirations and coaches them to achieve success. This approach has also provided considerable success with staff retention and promotion, which he believes is a key element to maintaining client satisfaction. Paul's team are longserving staff of the firm and share his values in dealing with clients.

While a partner of the firm he has been responsible for; Staff Training, Marketing, Financial Planning and currently is in charge of the firms Information Technology and a Member of the Firms Management Executive.
 
Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies in May 1986; he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a Registered Tax Agent.
